These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and participation in programs, workshops, training sessions, and coaching services offered by Ashok Kumar Beniwal under the brands Super Power Actor™️ and ANTERNAAD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing this website or enrolling in any of our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
Our programs are open to participants aged 12 years and above.
Participants under the age of 18 must:
• Enroll with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Ensure that all payments are made by a parent or legal guardian
• Participate under the supervision and responsibility of the guardian
The parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor agrees to be bound by these Terms on behalf of the minor participant.
We reserve the right to request proof of age or parental consent where necessary.
We offer structured educational and transformational programs in the fields of acting, performance embodiment, subconscious development, and personal growth.
Under the brand “Super Power Actor,” we provide advanced acting training, emotional embodiment practices, camera presence development, and performance mastery programs delivered through online and offline formats.
Under the brand “ANTERNAAD,” we provide guided subconscious coaching sessions, mindset re-alignment processes, and inner development programs designed to support behavioral awareness, emotional clarity, and personal transformation.
Our services are experiential, training-based, and coaching-oriented in nature. They are intended to facilitate self-exploration, performance enhancement, and personal development.
We do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, nor do we diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.
Individual results may vary depending on personal engagement, consistency, and application.
No specific professional, financial, emotional, or personal outcomes are guaranteed.
Participation in any session, workshop, or program is voluntary.
You acknowledge that:
• You are responsible for your decisions and actions
• You will exercise personal judgment and remain within your limits
• You participate at your own discretion
For participants under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s participation.
Certain workshops may involve:
• Physical movement
• Vocal projection
• Emotional expression exercises
Participants are advised to consult a qualified medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns.
We are not liable for injuries resulting from participation beyond one’s personal physical or emotional limits or from failure to follow instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:
• We shall not be liable for misuse or improper application of techniques shared during programs.
• We are not responsible for personal, professional, emotional, or financial decisions made by participants.
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.
Participation is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment through authorized payment gateways.
We reserve the right to:
• Accept or refuse enrollment
• Modify program schedules
• Revise pricing without prior notice
Fees are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Refunds are subject to the following:
• Once a program or session has commenced, fees are non-refundable.
• Refund requests prior to commencement may be considered at our discretion.
• Approved refunds, if any, will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable time frame.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
Participants must maintain respectful and professional conduct.
We reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior without refund.
All materials, training frameworks, techniques, exercises, recordings, and content remain the intellectual property of Ashok Kumar Beniwal.
Unauthorized recording, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
Online sessions may be recorded for internal or educational purposes.
Participants agree not to record, distribute, or reproduce session content without prior written consent.
Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from participation.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
For international participants, Indian law shall apply unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in their country of residence.
