This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all programs, workshops, sessions, coaching services, courses, and training programs offered by Ashok Kumar Beniwal under the brands Super Power Actor™️ and ANTERNAAD.
By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
Enrollment is confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment through an authorized payment method.
For limited-capacity programs, payment reserves a seat in a scheduled batch or session.
If a participant wishes to withdraw before the official commencement date:
• A written cancellation request must be submitted via email.
• Requests will be reviewed based on timing and program commitments already made.
• Administrative or processing charges may apply where applicable.
Approval of cancellation is not automatic and is subject to review.
Once a program, workshop, coaching session, or batch has commenced:
• Fees are non-refundable.
• Non-attendance, partial attendance, or voluntary withdrawal does not qualify for a refund.
• Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations does not constitute grounds for refund.
All programs are experiential and require personal participation and commitment.
If enrollment is made through an installment plan:
• The full program fee remains payable as agreed at the time of enrollment.
• Failure to attend does not cancel the financial commitment.
• Missed installments may result in suspension of access until dues are cleared.
Rescheduling or transfer requests may be considered in specific cases, subject to:
• Availability
• Program timelines
• Internal review
Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
For online programs and digital materials:
• Access to session links, recordings, or materials constitutes service delivery.
• Once access has been granted, fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds may be considered only in cases of verified technical issues preventing access.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical disruptions, venue changes, health concerns, or events beyond reasonable control.
Participants agree to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with a bank or payment provider.
In the event of a dispute, relevant enrollment and participation records may be shared with payment processors.
If a refund is approved:
• It will be processed through the original mode of payment.
• Processing timelines depend on the respective payment gateway and banking system.
